How We Protect Our Characters, Voices & Stories

At InfinixMedia, the people behind our characters remain as protected as the characters themselves. We operate with full

anonymity, digital privacy, and copyright transparency — not because it’s expected, but because it’s the only way we work.

 Copyright & Voice Integrity

Each voice is exclusively linked to a single character identity.

Voice actors are not employees — they remain the rightful copyright holders of their performances, as registered via Voicebookings or simular websites.

Royalties are fairly distributed per track through Buma/Stemra registration. This also applies to AI-generated content: when the algorithm recognizes the AI voice used, royalties are assigned accordingly to that person, as we use Voice-Swap to handle those payments.

 Performer Rights & Anonymity

All performers remain completely anonymous and retain full control over their video's, image and voice.
They collaborate as partners, not employees, and are fairly compensated both legally and ethically for their contributions. This includes rights to video, audio, and visual materials, as well as shared partnerships related to the project. All agreements are governed by clearly defined and mutually accepted contractual terms.

“At InfinixMedia, talent isn’t judged by background or fame. We empower voices that deserve to be heard and reward contributions fairly — every time.”

“InfinixMedia operates under a strict policy of digital privacy. We advise all partners and internal users to explicitly disable functions such as online activity tracking or any Recall during sensitive creative processes. Using devices with automatic logging or AI-based screen monitoring active poses a risk of violating confidentiality rights and not only performer privacy but also human privacy in general. Using such systems is contrary to our model of ethical compensation, creative protection and the right to anonymity.”

“Performer retains right to withdraw cooperation if their anonymity or performance data is compromised due to third-party monitoring tools on any party’s system.”
